WHAT KIND OF PARTIES DO YOU HOST?
You name it! Corporate lunches, backyard parties, wedding parties, birthday parties, graduations, etc.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM & MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE?
Minimum - 40 guests on weekdays, 50 guests on weekends.
Maximum - 300 guests.

HOW DO YOUR PACKAGES WORK?
You have 3 packages to choose from, based on 40/50 guest counts weekday/weekends. There will be a cost for each additional guest that exceeds the package guest count.

WHAT DOES PRICING INCLUDE?
Price includes the oven, Pizzaiolo and server, pizzas, salads, and dessert. The Savoy Roadshow will provide a serving table, utensils, disposable plates, and napkins.

DO YOU OFFER DRINK PACKAGES?
Yes! We offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic packages upon request.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND/OR ALLERGIES?
We offer gluten free pizza dough and vegan cheese. Ingredient list for these can be provided upon request. In the restaurant and on the road, we take food allergies and restrictions very seriously. Although we may not be able to offer separate prep areas to eliminate any cross-contaminations, we take every effort to minimize any contact necessary with respect to allergies & restrictions.

HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT?
Simply click on the BOOK EVENT button at the bottom of this page. Inquiries are answered via email within 24 hours.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY EVENT?
The sooner the better! Bookings are secured on a first come, first served basis. We offer multiple time slots per day.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK?
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure the date of your event.

DOES THE RATE INCLUDE TAXES OR GRATUITY?
Rates do not include state sales tax or a 20% house fee. Additional gratuity is at your discretion

WHAT IS THE PRICING FOR KIDS?
2 : 1 for kids 10 and under.

DO YOU OFFER A WEEKDAY DISCOUNT?
Yes, our weekday packages are offered at a discounted rate.

WHAT IS YOUR WEEKDAY vs. WEEKEND PRICING?
Weekday pricing runs Monday-Thursday MORNING, Weekend pricing runs Thursday EVENING - Sunday + holidays.

WHERE DOES THE ROADSHOW TRAVEL?
We will travel to just about anywhere in CT or Southwestern MA. All packages include travel within a 20-mile radius of Savoy Pizzeria in W. Hartford. An additional fee will be applied to locations exceeding 20 miles.

HOW LONG ARE YOU ON-SITE?
We will arrive at your location approximately 90 minutes prior to serving your guests. Pricing includes 2 hours of service and cleanup.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS UNFAVORABLE?
The Roadshow is equipped to take on most unfavorable weather. We will continue to cook outside. You may bring food inside if desired. Should an event be canceled due to acts of nature, we will gladly provide a credit to be used for a future event within the same season.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKED PARTY?
Cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours prior to the booking date for a partial refund. The deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly re-schedule your party for a date agreed upon in the same season with no fee.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT AS A HOME BASE?
Savoy Pizzeria & Craft Bar is our restaurant located in W. Hartford, CT. We encourage our party bookers to visit the restaurant and try some menu items the Roadshow has to offer!
